Choose the theme you like and browse products. When you find a product you like, select the quantity and add it to your shopping cart.

The shopping basket will give you an overview of the products you have selected and their total value, plus shipping costs.

After adding a product to your shopping cart, you can select other products from the online shop. When you have finished selecting products, you can enter the shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart button at the top right of the page. Once in the shopping cart, check the products you have selected and their quantity.

To place an order, open the shopping cart, enter your contact details and fill in the other required fields, select the transport method. Click on the "Place Order" button. After payment, click on the "Back to merchant" button. An order confirmation will be sent to the customer by e-mail.

The Buyer undertakes to provide correct information when placing the order, which is necessary to fulfil the order. Libracraft (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) shall not be liable for the non-fulfilment / non-delivery of the order or for any consequences resulting from the incorrect information provided by the Buyer.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to stock shortage or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid will be refunded immediately, but not later than 14 days from the date of notification.

Packages are sent out 1-2 working days at the latest during the period of the contract unless otherwise agreed or in the case of goods which are not available in advance. We will do our best to get your goods to you as quickly as possible.

The purchase will be executed as soon as it is made. Parcels will be delivered within 3-5 working days at the latest (depending on the carrier).

All prices in the e-shop are displayed in euros and include the value added tax applicable in the Republic of Estonia. 

The prices of goods for sale in the online shop are shown with the goods.

The seller reserves the right to change the prices of the online shop. These changes will be published on the e-shop page.

The weights of the products displayed in the online shop are the average weights of the production batch. The weight of the delivered product may differ slightly from the weight displayed in the online shop. The products are mainly handmade and a slight difference in weight is normal. The selling price of the product does not depend on the weight of the product.

The personal data provided by the purchaser (including name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) are used in the e-shop only for processing the order and sending the goods to the purchaser.

The e-shop transfers personal data to the company that arranges the delivery of the goods to the buyer.

If you have already placed an order but wish to modify or cancel it, please send an e-mail to. libracraftest@gmail.com  within one day at the latest. Please be sure to specify the order number in your letter! Unfortunately, later changes are not always possible. 

Libracraft is responsible for the conformity and defects of the products sold on the e-shop. In the event of any problems, please contact our customer service for further guidance.

The photographs of the Products displayed in the e-shop are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual appearance of the product.

Goods presented in the e-shop are usually in stock. The availability of the specified goods is not guaranteed due to possible technical problems with the e-shop.

If the customer places an order for a missing item , the e-shop will not be able to fulfil the order. In this case, an employee of the e-shop will contact the customer and propose a replacement product, a possible new delivery time or refund the purchase amount to the payer within 14 days at the latest.
