Return of purchase

If the goods are not suitable or do not meet your expectations, you have the right to return them within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please read the requirements for returns in advance.

You have the right to exchange or return the product ordered within 14 days. The 14-day period starts from the day you receive the product.

Return of the product is at the buyer's expense.

Condition of the product to be returned:

  •  The product to be returned must not be damaged.

If the returned product (and the product packaging) has deteriorated and the deterioration is caused by circumstances beyond Libracraft's control or by improper use of the product, Libracraft is entitled to offset the loss in value of the product against the amount paid by you for the product and due to be returned to you. 

  •  The product to be returned must not show signs of use.

If it turns out that a product has been used, Libracraft will follow the principle of reasonable use - if the product had to be tried on to verify its unsuitability, it will be considered as unused. Libracraft reserves the right to offset the loss in value of the product due to use against the amount paid by you for the product and refundable to you.

Libracraft is not liable for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.

The seller will refund the amount of the returned product(s) to the payer's bank account within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal request. The customer is obliged to deliver the returned goods to the seller within 14 days from the date of sending the withdrawal request (the return of the product is at the buyer's expense).

The payment deadline may be delayed until the consumer has returned the ordered product to the Seller or provided proof that he has returned it.

The returned Product must not be used, damaged, dirty or show any other signs of use. The product must be complete (include product packaging).

The money for the returned goods will be credited back to your bank account as soon as possible, but not later than 14 days after the withdrawal. Money paid for transport is non-refundable. We will make a refund for the returned goods to the same bank account from which the order was paid.
